FAQ

1.Wash your hands. (this step only necessary if you have lotion or moisturizer on your hands) 2.Gently push back your cuticles and clip nails short. 3.GENTLY buff your natural nail and inside of press on nail. 4.Wipe your nails with an alcohol pad. 5.Apply a small drop of glue to your natural nail and spread around. 6.Apply a small drop of glue to the inside of the press on nail and spread around. 7.Apply the press on to your nail and hold firm for 30 seconds. 8.Enjoy! Please remember to keep nails dry for at least 2 hours after application!

After your order has been placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. I hand paint all nails and need this time to make them perfect! Once your nails are done, I will ship them. I ship USPS ground advantage and your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need your nails faster, let me know before ordering so that we can explore other options.

Unfortunately, sizing is in the hands of the customer and I can't offer refunds for incorrect sizing.

1.Get a bowl of warm, soapy water ready. 2.Soak your nails in the warm, soapy water for 15 minutes. 3.GENTLY use a cuticle pusher to lift the edges of the press on. 4.Soak your nails for additional time if the press on resists. 5.Repeat these steps until the nails pop off EASILY. 6.Gently file old glue off of the inside of the press on and your natural nails. 7.Clean the press on nails and save them to wear again!

A sizing kit is the best way to get your perfect fit. When you order a sizing kit, I will send you one of each size nail in your requested shape. This allows you to try them on for yourself to see exactly how they will feel. Sizes can change from shape to shape, so if you decide to try a new shape or length, make sure to get a new sizing kit! If you are a new client, start with a sizing kit. Once you've received your sizing kit and know your sizes, send me a message! You can message me on Instagram or on this website. In your message, include the following information: desired shape/length, your nail sizes, relevant information or photos of the design you want. Once I have all the information I need, I will let you know which design level to order and how much the nails will cost. Sizing kits are available without messaging me first. Solid color sets and bundles are available without messaging me first, but make sure you know your sizes before ordering. I work on orders and respond to messages Monday-Friday 9am-5pm central time. If you order or message me on the weekend, I will respond Monday after 9am central time.
