Refunds

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at support@sabinasky.com as soon as possible so we can discuss whether you want a replacement or refund for your nails.

Refunds are NOT offered for sizing errors. Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. I make your set according to the sizes you request. To ensure correct sizing, use a sizing kit.

Returns

I do not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product.

Processing

All orders are handmade by me. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. I will ship them as soon as they are ready. Your order will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and will arrive in 2-5 business days.
